Police Say Parents Left 4-Year Old Home Alone To Go Out “Clowning” [VIDEO]

As if this craze needed to get any worse. 

Some people dressed as evil clowns are out scaring and hurting children, while this particular couple decided to just leave theirs at home alone. According to WNEM, two men were dressed as clowns chasing cars at around 4 A.M. in Menasha, WI. The woman that was driving them around has a child by one of the men, and that was the child that was left at home.
