Police Use Taser on Dog in Roseville [VIDEO]

Some people on social media are really fired up after police in Roseville used a taser to capture a dog that had gotten away from his owner's home.

The dog owner himself isn't upset, he's actually glad the police were able to catch his dog even if it meant using a taser. He understands that the police were just doing their job by protecting the community and saving his dog from possibly being hit by a car.

I'm sure for some it's hard to watch the video because the dog is clearly in pain but the alternative could have been a lot worse.
