Principal Punishes Teen By Making Her Carry Entire Locker Inside Her Backpack [VIDEO]

Ok Kids, It's time for another round of "Does the punishment fit the crime?" A 13-year old girl fess up to accidentally erasing a name off the board, the principal then approves the teachers punishment of making the child carry the entire contents of her lock in her backpack for a week. The teacher also tapes the students locker shut. The parents are outraged and demand the Superintendent take action.  So does the punishment fit the crime?
