A man and woman were each slapped with misdemeanor charges after engaging in public sex in front of a prom dress shop. Am I the only one thinking "Off Like A Prom Dress"?

According to an eye witness the male participant (not even 21 yet) and his partner, a 38-year-old female, were going to town on each other at 3:30pm in the afternoon! WTF?  This is the kicker, apparently the pair had just met!
