Random Bags of Vomit A Mystery For Pennsylvania Police

Yesterday I wrote about a guy inside a toilet and today I am writing about mystery puke bags.

Philadelphia,PA police are trying to figure out who is leaving bags of puke in parking lots.

ABC Local is reporting that the first barf bag was found in May and another one was found June 5, 2011.

The second bag is said to have weighed 30 pounds.

If this did not go down in PA, my guess is someone collected it over a weekend at Tony LaBrie's house.

What kind of person does this?  Was it intentional to puke like crazy and leave it somewhere?

I know the saying "Party Till You Puke", Not "Party Till You Puke & Leave it in a Random Parking Lot".
