Ray C’s Harley Davidson Ground Breaking In Lapeer [PHOTOS]

This morning I had a chance to go out and catch the ground breaking of the new Ray C's Harley Davidson store in Lapeer. The facility is going to be massive and quite a few people came out to support the event. The mayor, representatives of the chamber of commerce, and many members of "Hogs" showed up to take part in the ground breaking.
