Remington’s Food and Spirits Closing Friday Due To Safety Concerns For Employees and Customers

Throughout Gensee County, several chain restaurants have closed lately. Now unfortunately, we see a locally owned restaurant closing its doors. Remington's Food & Spirits on Fenton Road in Flint, will be closing tomorrow. 

According to their Facebook page, Remington's is closing due to the state of the neighborhood and safety concerns for both their employees and customers. I wonder how that makes residents of that same area feel? Do you live near Remington's? Are you offended or do you agree with the reason(s) for closing?

I have had drinks at Remington's (shocker). From company Christmas party's, to Banana events, or just a beer after work. If you would like to throw a few back and grab a bite to eat and say goodbye, Remington's is offering discounts on food and drink. The plan is to party until it's all gone.
