Authorities are offering a cash reward up to $5,000 for information about the recent break-in and robbery at Williams Gun sight Davison.

According to WNEM, Four people have now been arrested, but one man, and an estimated 23 weapons are still missing.

This all went down just before 1 a.m. on Saturday, April 23 on Lapeer Road near I-69 and South Irish Road. A group of masked suspects used a stolen minivan to smash through the business’ service doors. Once inside, the suspects were captured on surveillance video stealing a total of 35 semiautomatic pistols and revolvers, according to police.

“We take this crime very seriously. The theft of firearms from licensed gun dealers is a top priority for ATF,” said S. Robin Shoemaker, special agent in charge of ATF’s Detroit Field Division. “These firearms are now on the street with the strong potential of being used in violent crimes when they are sold to or end up in the wrong hands.  Through our experience, we know that tips from the public can result in the recovery of those stolen firearms.”

If you have any information, call the ATF at 800-ATF-GUNS.
