Smashing Pumpkins Announce Fall 2012 Tour Dates

Smashing Pumpkins‘ latest album, ‘Oceania,’ is a Top 5 hit — and Billy Corgan and company are doing their part to bring the music to fans, putting together a healthy run of tour dates that will keep them on the road for most of the rest of the year.

The fall leg of the ‘Oceania’ tour kicks off on Sept. 22 in Mexico City, followed by a short string of Canadian dates before the band returns to the United States for a Seattle show on Oct. 10. As MXDWN reports, the upcoming dates will feature visual effects that use “new technology in video-mapping to create something new and previously unseen.”
