SpaceX Plans to Send Tourists Around The Moon in 2018 [VIDEO]

This is some of the coolest and most exciting news I've heard in a long time, when it comes to the space program.

If everything goes according to plan, SpaceX could be sending two tourists on a five day trip around the moon as soon as next year. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk unveiled in a teleconference yesterday that they will launch two paying passengers around the moon using the company's Dragon crew capsule and massive Falcon Heavy rocket. Both vehicles are scheduled for unpiloted test flights later this year.

According to Space.com, two tourists have already placed a "significant deposit" for the trip but they haven'y revealed who or how much they paid.

If I had the money to do something like this, I would do it in a heartbeat!
