Staind's new album may be the best-reviewed project the band has ever produced. The decision to steer the ship back towards their heavier roots is finally paying off -- although it may not have seemed like the greatest decision during the recording sessions. The band eventually lost drummer Jon Wysocki due to the high-tension recording of the band's seventh album.
