Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone is reportedly set to direct and star in a movie based on the book 'Tough As They Come' by former Vassar resident, and local hero - Travis Mills.

While serving his third tour in Afghanistan, Mills was caught in an IED blast, that left him an amputee. According to his website, Mills is one of 5 soldiers from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to survive a quadruple amputation. What he has sacrificed for his/our country is thankless. Anyone who has heard his story is touched, and yes that includes Stallone, who is rumored to be portraying Mills' father in the film. Actor Adam Driver is rumored to be portraying Mills, but nothing is concrete yet. For more on Travis and how how residents of his hometown of Vassar are reacting, click here for an ABC 12 video.
