The fundraising website "Kickstarter" has been pretty popular recently. Helping to raise funds for everything from a Veronica Mars movie to Artisan Pickles. So why wouldn't Cobra Commander want to use this resourceful website to raise funds to help rebuild Cobra Island, which was destroyed in a recent assault by the G.I. Joe team.
