It rare that a movie title can sound ridiculous and brilliant at the same time -- that rare occurrence has happened yet again with the history re-writing 'Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter.' See Honest Abe cut through more than just cherry trees with his trusty axe in the new trailer for this year's only movie with vampires that wont suck.

‘Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter’ is a real movie.  And this is not, despite its ridiculous premise, something made on the cheap that will go direct-to-DVD. This is a big summer movie from Fox, produced by Tim Burton, directed by that guy who directed ‘Wanted’ and starring some familiar faces.  Based on the first trailer, it could either be awesome or completely stupid – so which is it?

There are plenty of stink-bombs coming to theaters in 2012. Despite all the sequel/prequel/3D re-release B.S. headed our way, there will be some truly original films like the historically inaccurate (yet extremely awesome) 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.'
