A deadly accident happened yesterday in Fenton at around 3 p.m. on N. Leroy Street. Police say the victim was a white female but are not release her identity as of yet. It's unclear how it happened and Canadian National crews were on the scene with police.

A 12-year-old girl passed away yesterday in an accident on 475 NB between Hill and Maple Roads. The 18-year-old driver lost control and the car they were driving rolled over. There was a total of six children in the car at the time of the crash.

Tragedy struck Shiawassee County yesterday when a woman collided with a westbound train. The accident happened on Beardlee Road between Bath and Beard Road just before 11 p.m. last night.

A man is recovering after being trapped for 3 days in his wrecked SUV. The worst part is that he was trapped next to his girlfriend until he got the strength to crawl for help on the side of the road.

It just baffles me that so many people still don't wear seat belts. I find even more disgusting when they don't make their kids put in on.

Is it me or does there seem to be an unusually high number of motorcycle accidents lately? Regrettably we have another one to report. A three term Michigan lawmaker, Rep. Peter Pettalia was killed while riding on M-33 South in Montmorency County.

A mid-Michigan lost control of his car around 4 a.m. this morning in Bay County. According to the Sheriff's Department, Kerry Gallagher, of Bay City lost control of his vehicle on River Road in Bay County. After running off the road, he was trapped in a water filled ditch in the overturned vehicle.

A motorcyclist is in critical condition after being rear-ended on Dort Highway yesterday evening. The motorcycle was at a complete stop while trying to make a left turn. One car behind the bike went around the cyclist which caused the second car to slam into the stopped bike.

This is an accident that this poor woman will have to live with for the rest of her life.

A two year-old and a 4 month old were rushed to Hurley Medical center this week after their great-grandmother accidentally locked them in the car.

In this day in age, it's not hard to prove when someone is at fault or even get their information for that matter. Mike Epps was cruising through Beverly Hills when he came across an accident.  The lady that was hit was freaking out because the other driver was trying to leave. Epps jumped in and was pretty funny about it.

There are no words to describe how horrible and senseless these deaths are. Yesterday in Cooper Township, near Kalamazoo, five cyclists were killed by a 50-year-old man driving a pickup. Four other cyclists were injured.
