McNab Jr. of Butler Township, PA seems to have it the worst though.  Good ole Otto decided to rob the bank of $2,262 by telling the teller he had a bomb.  Upon completely the robbery, he returned to his car where his unaware girlfriend was waiting.  Check out the rest of the story and "super thief Otto" after the jump.
