One would think basketball would pose particular challenges for Ryan Leonard, since he was born without any arms. It turns out — as you can see in this video — that Leonard has no problem hitting a difficult half court shot.

Flint native and Denver Nuggets center JaVale McGee has transformed as a basketball player in the last year, going from laughing stock of the NBA to a serious contributor on a winning team, helping the Denver Nuggets make serious noise in the playoffs.  He's now training with NBA Hall of Famer, Hakeem Olajuwon and The Dream has high hopes for McGee.

The Dwightmare is finally over as another NBA superstar stomped, pouted and left his former team high and dry.  Dwight Howard has been traded to the Lakers.

Last night, I posted about the Detroit Pistons drafting UCONN big man, Andre Drummond, and I realized that nobody cares about the Pistons anymore.  That's bull plop and I'll tell you why.

So the Miami Heat and their "Big Three" silenced critics last night by raising the Larry O'Brien Trophy and winning the 2012 NBA Championship.  Don't let that fool you though, the Heat still suck and I'll explain why.
