A sequel to the 2009 hit horror-comedy (but mostly comedy) Zombieland has been teased for some time, (there was even going to be an Amazon series at one point) but it wasn’t until earlier this year that the wheels seemed to have finally been set in motion. Via a surprise logo reveal, Zombieland 2 was officially announced at CinemaCon in April, with the writers who are also working on Deadpool 2 on board to pen the script.

There’s one reason and one reason only why we’re getting a Ghostbusters remake in 2016 instead of an actual Ghostbusters 3 five years ago. That reason is named Bill Murray and he’s been the not-so-secret sequel roadblock for as long as we can remember. Harold Ramis, the star of 'Ghostbusters,' writer of 'Animal House' and director of 'Caddyshack' and 'Groundhog Day,' has died at the age of 69 in Chicago. Ramis had been suffering from autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis and had been in declining health since 2010.

Bill Murray is one of my heroes.  This past weekend on College GameDay, Bill Murray was the guest picker and just picked Clemson to take the game.  When Lee Corso showed up dressed as the FSU mascot, Bill took him out!
