MLive is reporting that officers found wires and batteries connected inside of a coffee container during a recent traffic stop. Also inside of the container were traces of a white substance. This was found when police pulled over a van being driven by a 43 year old unidentified male.  The suspect did eventually tell authorities the the materials were for a bomb.
