Clio Marijuana Dispensary Fighting County After FANG Shut Them Down [VIDEO]
Clio Cargiver Dispensary in Clio was raided by FANG in January, under orders from the Genesee County Prosecutor's office. The owner of the dispensary claims the warrants were not legal. Prosecutor Attorney David Leyton says 'Dispensaries are not allowed. The word dispensary does not even appear in the Medical Marijuana act.' Both parties are due back in court on May 16th.
