If you have a loved one in a nursing home, this is going to upset you. Because of a nursing home policy that doesn't allow employees to perform CPR on residents, this woman died. You gotta listen to this 911 dispatcher trying everything she can to help this poor woman.

According to The New York Daily News reports 51 year old Melissa Mazzeo was throwing clothes out from inside the bin and when she attempted to get out, her head got lodged somehow and she suffocated.
