Who dresses up as a Teletubby? Detroit Red Wings prospect Riley Sheahan was pulled over October 29th in Grand Rapids. Sheahan had a blood alcohol level of .30 when tested. At the time of the arrest, he was dressed as Tinky Winky from the Teletubbies.
