Evictions

Birch Run resident Gordy Harris was surprised when he received an eviction notice from Birchwood Farms, stating he had 30 days to vacate the premises. Harris, a disabled veteran, claims he has never been late on rent. So what gives? He did not resign his lease. That being said, he wasn't the only park resident not to resign. He was the only one to receive an eviction letter.

The thing about evictions is, you normally you know one is coming. But what if out of the blue you find out you are being evicted from your apartment and have only 24 hours to vacate? That is what happened to some Flint residents at Glen Acre Estates.
