Linkin Park have just released the first track ‘Burn It Down’ from the band’s highly anticipated new album, ‘Living Things.’ To accompany the brand new track, Linkin Park have also hit fans with a lyric video, which depicts what appears to be a volcanic-looking Chester Bennington.
If you thought Linkin Park went a little too far afield on their last album, 2010′s ‘A Thousand Suns,’ you aren’t alone. In fact, Park frontman Chester Bennington says the band knew it needed to do a little less experimenting on its new record, due for release later this year.
The upcoming soundtrack to the film ‘The Raid: Redemption,’ includes the new song ‘Razors.Out’ featuring Linkin Park‘s Mike Shinoda (who also scored the film) and Deftones vocalist Chino Moreno.
Linkin Park have teamed with mobile social media app Viddy to allow fans to create music videos on their iPhone and are offering an autographed guitar to the fan who turns in the best impersonation of a member of the band.
