Man shoots police officer

This all happened over an attempt to pull a man over for a busted tail light. The Herald Bulletin, is reporting that James Lockhart III shot a police officer during an attempted routine traffic stop.  Lockhart was later shot and killed by assisting officers.  Why Lockhart got out of his car and shot at officer is beyond me.  Check it out for yourself, as it was caught on tape.  Nuts!
