Shawn "Clown" Crahan

Slipknot percussionist M. Shawn Crahan (also known as Clown or #6) is gearing up to release an artistic photography book titled ‘The Apocalytic Nightmare Journey’ which is due out June 19 via MTV Books.

Joining Slipknot percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan in the cast of 'The Devil's Carnival' -- Darren Lynn Bousman's sequel to the hard rock/horror musical 'Repo: The Genetic Opera' -- is Five Finger Death Punch vocalist Ivan Moody.

With the upcoming deluxe edition reissue of their album 'Iowa' just days away, Slipknot's Shawn "Clown" Crahan sat down to talk about the album and compared it to 'Apocalypse Now' and the beloved Stanley Kubrick adaptation of Stephen King's 'The Shining.'

A lot of  conflicting stories seem to be coming out of Slipknot's camp when it comes to new music and touring.
