Last night around 7 p.m. two men were shot in Flint. After police arrived the men were taking to an area hospital and are listed in critical condition.
Officer Collin Rose, who was recently shot in the head while on patrol, is now recovering after surgery. Rose was investigating the theft of navigation systems in the area when the shooting happened. Police do have a person of interest in custody.
Two more people in Flint are now dead after two different shootings last night. The first shooting happened on Broadway Boulevard just after midnight. The second happened on Barth Street just north of downtown around 2:30 a.m.
Looks like police are now looking for a 24-year-old man connected to a shooting in Lansing. Paul Howard is named in the warrant being served by the Kent County Sheriff's Office.
Area police are searching for a 19-year-old in connection to an "ambush style" shooting. The shooting took place earlier this month at Kingwater Market in Mt. Morris Township. Police consider Dequavion "Quay" Delmarco Harris to be armed and dangerous.
Back in July, 31-year-old Alexandra Brueger was shot and killed in Rose Township. The shooting happened in broad daylight while she was on a normal 10-mile run. Police have had many tips on the incident but none have turned anything up.
Five men were shot over the weekend during at party at an off campus apartment complex, which is located across the street from Saginaw Valley State University.
WTF? A 17-year-old Saginaw boy was shot several times while riding his bike. The youth was hit once in the neck, twice in the chest, once in the upper leg and once in the foot. After being struck so many times, the teen actually ran home for help.
