This is actually a pretty clever prank. This kid here is trying to wash his hair and for some reason the shampoo just won't come out, no matter how hard he rinses. Maybe it's because the dude behind him keeps putting more shampoo in his hair. This kids gets so frustrated over it and can't understand why it won't come out.
