Smarties

Why?  I understand the school banning smarties for this reason, I really do!  However, I pray every day that my kid doesn't end up as stupid as these kids!  Don't get me wrong, we did some stupid things growing up but there was always some sort of payoff.  These little window lickers are doing this for no reason other than to have smoke come out of their mouths!
