Stone Sour‘s ambitious new double-disc release ‘House of Gold and Bones‘ is coming into focus. The first disc, ‘House of Gold & Bones: Part 1,’ is due Oct. 23, and the band has now revealed the full track listing.
Stone Sour will be releasing ‘House of Gold & Bones – Part 1‘ in October. The band is offering a snippet of the song ‘Gone Sovereign‘ from that album at houseofgoldandbones.com in exchange for a ‘share’ on Facebook or Twitter.
Slipknot are currently headlining the Mayhem Festival, their first U.S. shows since the tragic 2010 death of the band’s bassist Paul Gray. In advance of the Mayhem show Friday (July 6) in Arizona, frontman Corey Taylor spoke with the Phoenix New Times about a number of topics, including upcoming albums from Slipknot and Stone Sour.
Stone Sour fans have been patiently waiting after Corey Taylor recently teased something called ‘HoGaB,’ with details to be revealed in June. Their patience was rewarded Monday (June 11) when Taylor took to his Twitter account to reveal some of the details behind the band’s next release, which will be titled ‘House of Gold and Bones.’
Stone Sour are undergoing yet another lineup change, as the band has officially parted ways with bassist Shawn Economaki.
