Scott Weiland has been one of the most unpredictable frontmen in rock for the past two decades. In a new interview, he not only reveals that he hopes to release a new Stone Temple Pilots album, he also admits he would like to rejoin Velvet Revolver at some point down the road. It’s official, hell has frozen over.
Stone Temple Pilots guitarist Dean DeLeo recently paid a surprise visit to a New Jersey radio station, revealing that contrary to popular belief, the band is not currently working on the follow-up to STP’s 2010 self-titled comeback album.
Shortly after the release of Stone Temple Pilots' self-titled 2010 release, there were reports that the band was already working on the follow-up. According to Scott Weiland, the recording process is about to go "full speed ahead."
The ever-unpredictable Stone Temple Pilots vocalist Scott Weiland surprises us yet again by quietly releasing 'A Compilation of Scott Weiland Covers'. Nirvana, The Beatles, Radiohead, and (of course) David Bowie are among the artists covered on the newly released collection.
