Take a POV Ride on Cedar Point’s New Coaster Steel Vengeance [VIDEO]

With the weather finally starting to break, it may be time for you to make a trip to Cedar Point. Why? Because the new roller coaster Steel Vengeance is open to the public this year. 

Having Cedar Point just a couple hours south of here is one of the many things that makes living in Michigan awesome. They are always keeping up-to-date on new and exciting rides. This year is no different with the opening of Steel Vengeance.

This new coaster is located right in FrontierTown in the park. It is being called a hyper-hybrid as it is the world's first steel-on-wood roller coaster to stand over 200 feet tall. Steel Vengeance will take you 205 feet into the air and drop you at 90 degrees down the first hill. On top of that, you will receive over 30 seconds of airtime as you blast down the tracks, which is the most airtime on a roller coaster in the world.
