Tampa Man Arrested For Killing and Cooking Dog

Animal
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office

Talk about a real ‘doggy’ bag! Tampa resident, Thomas Elliot Huggins, 25, was recently arrested for killing a 6-month-old pit bull, chopping up the animal, eating parts and storing portions of it in the freezer for later consumption.

A family member reported the incident on Thursday, indicating that Huggins strangled and cut up the family dog. Authorities found the dog’s ribs cooked in a pot on the stove and its head in the garbage. How disgusting! This man is the animal in this story.

Huggins was taken into custody. No word if he was under the influence of drugs.
