Teen Punished By School For Picking Up Drunk Friend [VIDEO]

This is beyond ridiculous. A Massachusetts teen is being punished for picking up a drunk friend from a party. Erin Cox, a high school senior received a phone call from a drunk classmate asking for a ride home from a party. Cox, arrived to pick up her friend at the same time as police. She was cleared by police, but now the school is giving her trouble.

The 17-year-old honor student was stripped of her volleyball captain title and is suspended for five games. Are you kidding me? The ONLY reason she was at the party was to pick up a drunk friend, she was NOT drinking. Apparently this issue falls under the schools zero tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol.
