The Detroit Pistons Take Andre Drummond in 2012 NBA Draft

It's a big night for the Pistons, as they picked up Andre Drummond  in the 2012 NBA Draft.  Check out the details on what this means the Pistons and their rebuilding process.

Most people have lost faith in the Pistons, but the ship is turning around and adding UConn Center, Andre Drummond to the lineup will help the process immensely.  The addition of Drummond will be a great addition to an already talented young core with Brandon Knight and Greg Monroe.

Drummond is a very talented big man with unlimited potential.  He's quick and has great lateral movement, and he's only 18 years old.  Drummond is also explosive around the rim and has a pretty decent post game.   The Pistons need a lot of help when it comes to rebounding and Drummond will automatically help the team in that area standing just under 7 feet tall.  People have criticized for his motor, but I think some time in the NBA should bring out the best in the big man.
