Today Is National Margarita Day!

I was out last night and yes, I drank my fair share of tequila. That being said, I could be persuaded to go out again today because it's National Margarita Day!

Clearly there is a day for everything (yes, there is a National Tequila Day). Obviously ordering a margarita from a bartender is super easy, but they are pretty to easy to make at home too. All you need is tequila, lime juice and Cointreau (Triple sec). You can serve frozen or on the rocks. Salt or no salt on the rim of your glass? I prefer no salt and plenty of chips, salsa and guacamole. Oh and an extra shot of tequila of course. Cheers!
