Urn Found On Flint Street Is Returned To Family Of Deceased

After her fiance found an urn on the east side of Flint, Phyllis Kelley made it her mission to find the family of the deceased woman inside. Finding the family was personal for Kelley because due to money issues, she has not been able to get the ashes of her mother from a funeral home in Kalamazoo. 

It is not known how the ashes ended up on the street, but the end result sure is heartwarming. Well done Phyllis Kelley!
