I’ve been on a ‘90s alternative rock kick lately, and today, I decided to look up some old Foo Fighters videos just for fun. The one that really caught my eye is the Foo’s 1997 video for “Everlong,” the second single off ‘The Colour and the Shape.’ This is probably my favorite Foo song, and this video is killer even a decade and a half after its release!

Oscar-winning Michel Gondry directed this surreal video, with frontman Dave Grohl and drummer Taylor Hawkins playing a couple whose dreams are occupied by scary Teddy Boys. Everything about this video is wacky and inventive, and it’s stuff like this that makes you release why the Foo Fighters have lasted for so long. Watch it below!
