Walmart, Always Low Prices & Sometimes Naked Pictures!

Walmart is known for lowering prices and now lowered pants!

Rodney Kunkel of OH dressed up as a woman and allegedly placed naked pics of himself throughout the cosmetics department at a Walmart.  Kunkel did this for four days.

It was not hard for authorities to catch him because the weirdo had the pictures developed under his name at the same Walmart!  Brilliant!
