Michigan weather is usually pretty unpredictable, but we've had a pretty consistent summer thus far. Friday's forecast looks to be more of the same, so get ready to start tailgating, people.

This week's forecast has been a little all over the place. Early this week, the "experts" were calling for early thunderstorms and scattered showers across the afternoon. Now, thankfully, most weather services are calling for absolutely perfect outdoor festival weather conditions.

According to the Weather Channel, mother nature got all of that rain and thunder out of her system Thursday. We're looking at mostly sunny skies and temps in the high 70s / low 80s for most of the day, with things cooling off slightly by the time Seether takes the stage. I think we're all going to be pretty comfortable out there, but maybe bring some sunblock and, as always, stay hydrated.

Even though it's not currently in the forecast, keep in mind that this is a rain or shine event. This thing is happening, guys. Rain or no rain. However, in the event of lightning in the area, we will have to move everyone indoors until we get the all clear, at which point the show will resume. Chances are pretty damn good we don't have to worry about that, but you know Michigan weather.

The weather is looking good, and the parking lot is open all day. Grab a cooler, a grill, some hot dogs, maybe some cornhole boards, and whatever else you maniacs need to tailgate, and let's do this! Gates open at 2p.
