As a dude that did just about every restaurant job there is for over 13 years, I can vouch for the authenticity of this video. This is what your server really thinks of you when you get too particular... or too jerky... or you just show up.

Being a waiter or waitress can be a real pain in the ass sometimes. For some reason, a lot of people think it's acceptable to talk down to the person waiting on them... it's not. They're people, just like you. So after 40 hours a week of getting berated, you sit down with your fellow co-workers, have a few drinks and blow off steam. This is what that sounds like. I've, literally, had this exact conversation before.
