Who Will Be The First In Flint To Get New Water Pipes? [VIDEO]

There is still a long road ahead of Flint residents dealing with the water crisis. According to the new plan, there are around 500 homes throughout Flint at are considered high priority. So far only 33 pipes have been replaced with thousands more to go.
