During my years at CMU, I hated Western Michigan because of the rivalry between the schools... but I'll be damned if those Broncos didn't just punt me right in the feels.

Talk about your creative ways to surprise a teammate with something as life-changing  as a full ride scholarship. Tuition is expensive, bro!

The student that recovered the football that -- unbeknownst to him -- had his full ride scholarship info taped to it was walkon player and special teams standout Travis Sweeney. Not only did he get a full ride -- he also got his own personal "Rudy" moment in celebration of the honor. Talk about a hell of a day at practice.
