Woman Arrested + Facing a Year in Jail Over Facebook Post [VIDEO]

A woman, who seems incredibly bright in this interview with her local news team, is facing a year in jail for what she calls "Facebook Thugging."

So this is what happens when you try to be an internet tough guy now? If so, they might have to devote a whole task force to monitoring the comments on the Five Finger Death Punch Facebook page.

I actually don't think the picture that Chesterfield, Virginia's Kristin Holmes uploaded is all that bad, but it seems like she might have had trouble explaining herself intentions to the authorities. I didn't see the entire comment thread in question, but her post isn't much different than putting a "protected by gun owner" sign on your front door. That being said, I don't know that I would even trust this young lady to be responsible enough to have a Facebook page, let alone a handgun.
