Woman Finds Lost Wedding Ring Around Carrot

A woman who lost her wedding ring 17 years ago recently found the gold band around a carrot growing in her garden.  Lena Paahlsson of Sweden had taken off the ring in 1995 while baking.  Despite looking everywhere for the ring, it had never been found until now.

The Sun reports that even floorboards were pulled up to find the ring.  Lena and her husband Ola now believe the ring must have fallen into the sink and been mixed in with composting scrap.

Losing something blows, let alone something that special.  Who knows where things will turn up!  Crazy!
