Zumba Teacher Accused of Running Prostitution Ring at Studio and Taping the Encounters [VIDEO]

I have taken a Zumba class before, never did I see a male attending too. I am guessing this woman's class was full of dudes!  Alexis Wright is facing accusations of running a prostitution ring out of her Maine dance studio and apparently there are video recordings of the sexual escapades.  I have always wondered what "Zumba" meant? Is Zumba Latin for sex?
