5 West Coast Fast Food Chains Sarge Wants to Bring to Flint
Flint has a ton a great places to eat. But it seems like the same spots on every corner. It couldn't hurt to have even more variety.
Here are some places to eat that I loved back when I lived in California. Agree? Disagree? Let me know which fast food places you would want to see in Flint.
In-N-Out
In-N-Out is like the holy grail of burgers to me. I've seen other joints try to mimic the four-by-four, but nothing comes close to the original, animal-style four-by-four. No wonder Donnie in the Big Lebowski wanted to go there so bad.
Jack in the Box
It's the place where we would go because we'd spend all our money on other things – like booze. When we had the drunken munchies, that's the place we'd go. Every time.
Del Taco
It's kind of like Jack in the Box, but just a little more expensive. But well worth it, man. This is where we'd go if we had a little bit more money in our pockets.
I'd recommend the Fat Steak Tacos or the Del Classic Chicken Burrito.
Carl's Jr.
We'd go here just for a change of pace. They had a burger here that I just loved. It was called the western bacon cheeseburger, with onion rings, cheese, BBQ sauce, and bacon. That's awesomeness on a bun.
Fatburger
Fatburger was a San Diego thing, from when I lived there. When we'd go down to Pacific Beach, that's where we'd always end up.
Basically, this was one of those places where you could go in and get just about anything you wanted on the burger. You can get mushrooms, onions, guacamole, chili – you can even get an egg on there.
