Dad Sentenced For Tattooing 3 Year Old

I don't know what the right age for your first tattoo is, but I know 3 isn't the right age.  A man in Georgia apparently didn't and inked up his infant.  Now a judge has handed down his sentence.

Eugene Ashley of Rome, Georgia faces only 12 months of probation and a fine of $3,000 after he tattooed "DB" on his 3 year old song.  "DB" reportedly stands for "Daddy's Boy" which is very touching. Ashely claims he was so hammered drunk he couldn't remember doing it.  Which is why I'm sure the tattoo looks great.  According to the original article on Fox8.com, the boy currently lives with other family members.
