Federal Judges Orders Water Delivery To Certain Flint Homes [VIDEO]

The Flint water crisis continues and another step has been taken. Most of the time since the crisis began, residents have been going to water pick up sites. Now a federal judge has ordered that some of the water most be delivered to certain homes.
