Michigan’s fall season is stunning, especially for fans of vibrant autumn colors. From the Upper Peninsula to the southern shores, the state transforms into a mix of reds, oranges, and yellows, making every landscape feel like a painting. However, catching all of these fall colors isn’t easy. The state’s varied climate means leaves peak at different times—northern Michigan may show colors in late September, while southern areas don’t peak until mid-October.

Adding to the challenge is Michigan’s size. The distances between prime fall spots are long, making it tough to see all the beauty in one trip. Despite the difficulty, the adventure of chasing these autumn hues across the state makes Michigan’s fall season unforgettable.

YooperCam started as one person's dream to show off their area, and has since expanded to 16 live feeds in Northern Michigan/Wisconsin, with hopes to add more over the next year. And, you really can get the feel for some of these areas from these views.

You can visit all 16 webcams on their website anytime, 24/7.
